Mechanics & Structures
ZOOB is a movable 3-D modeling system with five different styles of pieces that snap together in 20 different ways. POP students can make connections that rotate, limbs that extend, axels that spin and much more! ZOOB captures the dynamic movement based on the way things move in nature, so the pieces are interactive when connected and they can create structures with a purpose.

K'nex
Mechanics & Structures
This building system consists of interlocking plastic rods, connectors, blocks, gears, wheels, and other components, which can be assembled to form a wide variety of models, machines, and architectural structures. POP students will be challenged to design objects that have a purpose.
Geometric Shapes
Mechanics and Structures
POP students can create endless opportunities to build and explore shapes! They can combine sticks in three sizes, along with curves for making circles and cylinders, with two different types of connectors to build 2-D shapes. Then, combine them to make new 2-D shapes, and even 3-D shapes!
